What you need

  • 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons (105ml) melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup natural / sugar free nut butter of choice (peanut, almond, macadamia etc). TIP: Macadamia, almond and cashew nut butter are our preferred choices when making vanilla crunch protein balls!
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (you can use your favorite sweetener instead if you prefer)
